3. Service Appointments

Appointments booked online or through the chat are subject to availability and confirmation by our staff. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any appointment at our discretion. We ask that you provide at least 2 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of up to $25.

4. Estimates, Pricing & Payment

All service estimates are provided in good faith based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during service. No additional work will be performed without your prior authorization. We accept cash, major credit cards, and debit cards. All prices are in US dollars.

5. Warranty on Labor and Parts

Labor performed by A4 Plus Full Services INC is warranted for 90 days from the date of service. Parts warranties are provided directly by the respective manufacturer and vary by product. Tires sold carry the applicable manufacturer’s warranty. This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, or modifications made after service.

6. Limitation of Liability

A4 Plus Full Services INC shall not be held liable for:

  • Pre-existing vehicle conditions unrelated to the services performed at our facility.
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, chat widget, or digital services.
  • Inaccuracies or errors in information provided through the website or chat that result from technical issues, outdated content, or misinterpretation by the user.
  • Any loss or unauthorized access to personal information resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., cyberattacks, third-party data breaches).

In any event, the total liability of A4 Plus Full Services INC to any customer for damages arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid by that customer for the specific service in question.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and digital tools (including the chat widget) are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
